Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ER Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed); CERT-TNCC(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history License in hand
1 year of Level I or large Level II experience required

FACILITY LOCATION
