Currently, NurseRecruiter has over 386,229 active nurse accounts on its platform. All the nurses have self-registered directly on our website, and this excludes any inactive accounts.
Is it free to search the nurse database?
Searching and messaging nurses in the database does not count against your candidate quota unless the nurse responds with their full profile and contact information. This way you only pay for interested candidates.
What counts as an acquired candidate?
Anytime an employer gains access to a candidate's contact information, it counts as an acquired candidate. On NurseRecruiter, employers can only see identifying information, such as contact information and full name, if the candidate explicitly gives the employer permission to access this information. This can happen through a job application, response to a message, or search agents that the candidate sees when registering.
How many jobs can I post?
NurseRecruiter plans go all the way up to unlimited job slots. Meaning no matter how many jobs you have there is a plan for you.
Does NurseRecruiter support job imports?
Yes, NurseRecruiter supports job imports. Enterprise customers have access to free daily job feed imports, and we can also help import jobs by CSV files.
Do I need to sign a contract to use NurseRecruiter?
No, NurseRecruiter does not require any contracts. You are free to cancel your account at any time you please.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We collect sales tax from anyone with a Texas address unless they provide an exemption certificate. For services, only 80% of the purchase amount is subject to sales tax, and the current rate is 8.25%, making the effective rate 6.60%.
What distance radius is used when searching the database?
The zip code radius used in the database search on NurseRecruiter is currently about 25 miles.
