Every extra question we ask means fewer nurses finish registering. We chose volume over granularity. Less data per nurse, more nurses per dollar. Other platforms do a great job with detailed profiles, and some charge $20+ per candidate for them. But we don't think that extra data is what gets you more placements. Another introduction might. A prettier profile doesn't make the hire.
