Lead Nursing in Laconia's Scenic New England Charm!

Are you an experienced Nurse Manager seeking an exciting opportunity in the scenic beauty of New England? We are on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to lead our Emergency Departments at our critical access and primary care facilities. This travel/contract job offers an estimated gross salary of $3600 weekly, providing both competitive compensation and the chance to work in two distinct environments: a cozy 8-bed ED at Franklin and a bustling 32-bed ED at Laconia, which also includes a locked acute psych unit.

With a minimum of 3 years of acute care clinical experience in ER nursing, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Emergency Departments. Your previous managerial experience, particularly across multiple facilities, will be invaluable as you guide and mentor staff while fostering an atmosphere of quality improvement. Union experience is preferred as you will be collaborating with a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Experience-Minimum 3 Years of acute care clinical Expect in ER Nursing
Must have prior, successful managerial experience managing ED's with preference for those who have experience managing ED's across 2 sites
Union experience preferred
Experience growing and mentoring new leaders across both shifts, created leader standard work with a focus on nursing practice and quality improvement
Franklin 8 bed ED Critical Access Hospital stabilize and ship
Laconia 32 Bed ED + 6 Bed locked acute psych (leadership for psych is handled by behavioral health) also no trauma designation but takes higher acuity than Franklin
Must be have strong ED hands-on skills
Certs- AHA BLS & ACLS (TNCC & PALS are preferred but not required)
EMR: Cerner-Exp Preferred, but not required
