Leadership Manager Role
Patient Assessment and Triage: conduct rapid and thorough assessments of patients upon arrival, including vital signs, medical history, and presenting symptoms, to determine the severity of their condition and prioritize care accordingly
Emergency Care and Stabilization: Administer emergency interventions such as CPR, wound care, and advanced life support techniques, stabilizing patients with trauma, cardiac events, or severe medical conditions
Medication Administration: Prepare and administer medications, including IV fluids and pain relief, while monitoring for adverse reactions and ensuring adherence to protocols.
Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring effective communication and teamwork in high-pressure situations
Patient Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of vital signs, oxygen saturation, and overall patient condition is essential to detect changes that may require immediate intervention
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and responses to care in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
