Willing to train Med/Surg, PCU and ICU Nurses with 1 year of acute care experience!!!

Needs in ER or FSED - Shifts/Schedule: Evening (3p-3a) and Night shifts available

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic ER RN to join our team. To be successful in this role you must be a quick thinker, decision-maker, and multitasker, with a willingness to adapt to whatever the day may bring. In this role you will provide nursing care for cases ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
· Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages.
· Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
· Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
· Manage multiple cases simultaneously providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually.
· You will provide follow up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals.
· You must coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital, while being patient always focused and safety aware at all times.

Compensation:
Pay Rates: UP to $45.90/hr.
Shift Diffs: Nights $4.25/hr.; Wkds $3.00/hr. (Friday 11p-Sunday 11pm); $7.25/Weekend Night Shift Differential
Sign-On Bonus: Days - $15,000; Nights - $10,000

Must-Have Requirements:
Will Train with a Minimum of 1 year of RECENT Med/Surg, PCU, ICU or ER experience.
Active unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact license. (If you have less than 3 years as a licensed Registered Nurse and do not have an active FL RN license, you must take your NCLEX before obtaining your FL RN license and will be considered once you obtain your FL RN license.)
Minimum of ASN or ADN
BLS upon hire & NIHN Stroke within 30 days of hire
Paramedic experience a PLUS for the ER and FSED
