We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager of Emergency Services to work within a Free-Standing ED location near Sanford, FL. They’re offering a competitive salary plus relocation assistance!!

Shift Details: Full-Time – Days (M-F | 8am-5pm) and with call, responsible for 24/7 operations

Job Summary:
The RN Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Compensation:
Salary: $95,000/yr. – $114,000/yr. (Based on experience)
Relocation Assistance (Case by case basis)

• MUST have one year of recent (Within the last year) ACUTE CARE ER leadership experience (charge, coordinator, supervisor).
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
