We are seeking Full time ER Registered Nurses to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital in Panama City, FL and offering a generous sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance!!

Shift Details: Full-Time – Mixed or Night Shifts Available – (Rotating weekends)

Units with Needs:
• ER
• FSED (Must have 3 years of ED experience to be considered)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Emergency Room RN to join our team. To be successful in this role you must be a quick thinker, decision-maker, and multitasker, with a willingness to adapt to whatever the day may bring. In this role you will provide nursing care on cases ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Compensation:
Pay rates: Up to $39.60/hr. (Based on experience and unit)
Shift Diffs: $4/hr. Nights
Sign-On Bonus – $10,000 (Days) and $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance (Case by Case basis)

• Stepdown – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ICU or CVICU – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• CVOR – Kissimmee, FL | 3x12 Nights
• Med/Surg – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Med Tele – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Cardiac Surgery ICU – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights

• MUST have 1+ years Recent ER Acute Care (within the last year) RN experience. * Could consider ICU or PCU (STRONG background) *
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• BLS must be obtained prior to employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
