Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift
Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Location: Prescott, Arizona
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts, including weekends and holidays
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Shift Differential

Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect patient care in the ER with minimal supervision.
Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately.
Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and diagnostic results; respond promptly to changes.
Communicate with ER physicians and care teams regarding patient status and treatment.
Perform assessments, administer medications, treatments, and point-of-care tests.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ER standards.
Educate patients and families on care plans and pain management.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and assist in cost containment.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
3–5 years of ER experience
Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
