Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe and effective patient care across multiple hospital departments, including Emergency, Medical Surgical/Swing Bed, and Skilled Nursing units. The RN will independently utilize the nursing process, perform patient assessments, deliver treatments, and provide supplemental staffing support as needed.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across assigned hospital departments.
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely.
Provide emergency and critical care support when assigned.
Assist with staffing needs in Emergency, Med/Surg, and Skilled Nursing departments.
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Provide age-appropriate care for patients ranging from new-borns to elderly adults.
Maintain competency and skills required for assigned departments.

Active, Unencumbered California RN License
AHA BLS Certification (American Heart Association Required)
ACLS Certification
PALS Certification
Minimum 1 year acute care experience within the last 2 years
Minimum 6 months recent Emergency or Critical Care experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
