Registered Nurse (RN) – PICU / Med-Surg / Telemetry
Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry settings. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
Provide care for critically ill, medical-surgical, and telemetry patients.
Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes in condition.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and nursing records.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Current BLS Certification.
ACLS Certification required for Med-Surg/Telemetry.
PALS Certification preferred for PICU.
Previous experience in PICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, Critical Care, or Acute Care settings preferred.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
