Registered Nurse (RN) 3+ Years Experience

Role:
Provide comprehensive nursing care across Emergency, Medical-Surgical, and Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) units, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessment, triage, and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
Provide emergency care and assist in critical procedures (ER)
Deliver pre- and post-operative care (Med-Surg)
Support labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care (LDRP)
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Requirements:
Active RN license
Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in ER, Med-Surg, and/or LDRP
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (required); PALS & NRP preferred
Strong clinical judgment and multitasking ability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Setting:

Hospital (Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical Unit, LDRP Unit)
