REQUIREMENTS:

* Current RN license.
* BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
* Minimum 1–2 years of acute care, emergency, or critical care nursing experience preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform triage, assessment, and continuous monitoring of patients with acute or emergent conditions.
* Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
* Respond quickly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
* Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatments, and follow-up care.
* Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
* Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
