Position Summary
As an RN within our aesthetic medical spa team, you will work directly with scheduled clients in a calm and professional clinical setting. You will assist with aesthetic treatments, support patient care and safety, educate clients, and help deliver a high-quality client experience.
No prior aesthetic experience is required. Paid training and continuous support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Review client intake forms, medical history, and treatment-related screening information.
* Support the clinical team during scheduled client visits.
* Observe clients during assigned services and report concerns when needed.
* Complete accurate notes, consent documentation, service records, and charting.
* Provide clients with approved pre-visit and post-visit instructions.
* Prepare treatment areas, supplies, and equipment according to company procedures.
* Follow infection control, sanitation, privacy, and safety standards.
* Communicate clearly with management, providers, and team members regarding client care.
* Escalate medical questions, unusual symptoms, contraindications, or concerns to the appropriate clinical supervisor.
* Attend required onboarding, protocol training, and internal education sessions.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse License in good standing.
* Ability to work in an outpatient client-care environment.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Professional communication skills.
* Dependable attendance and punctuality.
* Ability to follow written protocols and clinical direction.
* Careful attention to detail.
* Willingness to complete company-required training before performing assigned duties.
* Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, outpatient care, medical office settings, or similar clinical environments is helpful but not required.

Compensation
* Regular pay after training: $20.00-$26.00 per hour,
* Starting pay within this range is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and the employer's compensation structure.
* Compensation details will be reviewed with qualified candidates during the hiring process.
Training and Training Pay
* The position begins with required role-specific training.
* Training is scheduled 3 days per week and paid at $20.00 per hour for scheduled training hours.
* Training may continue for up to 3 weeks based on individual progress and completion of required training objectives.
* Training expectations and scheduling details will be reviewed before training begins.
* After completing the required training, employees transition to the regular RN pay rate of $20.00-$26.00 per hour.
Work Schedule
* This position includes 2 scheduled workdays and 1 designated standby day per week.
* Availability for 3 days per week is required for this schedule.
* On the designated standby day. the employee should be available to report to the assigned clinic if needed
* The employee will be notified if they are needed to work on the standby day.
Otherwise, they will not be required to report that day.
* Specitic workdays and shift times are based on appointment schedules and staffing needs.
* This is an on-site position.
