Surgical Technologist, CVOR Experience: 2 years Licenses: ST-CO Certifications: CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy needed); BLS SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year At least 9 of the last 12 months working in CVOR
AMN travel experience within the last 12 months

6 week Rapid Response contract, 48hrs/week.
No time off requests.
Traveler must start within 10 days of receiving offer.

FACILITY LOCATION
An amphitheater close to the Civic Center in Englewood is the focal point for visitors of this Rocky Mountain town where many summer concerts take place. Englewood is also famous for the “Broken Tree” golf facility with its award winning golf course complete with an 18 hole championship course.
