"A hospital in Hancock, MI is seeking a senior-level to provide leadership for its obstetrics department. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring relocation to the Hancock, MI area, with full relocation assistance available.

The role. The OB Director will oversee the operations and clinical direction of the obstetrics unit, drawing on direct Labor and Delivery experience to guide staff and ensure quality patient care. This leadership position carries responsibility for departmental management within a hospital setting, requiring both clinical expertise and administrative accountability.


Compensation. $101,172 - $136,594 per year"

What we're looking for.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Michigan RN license
• Labor and Delivery experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: 4 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Preferred: 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare
• Preferred: NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, and STABLE certifications
