• Active MN LPN/RN License
• 2+ Years’ Experience
• MN DHHS Background
• BCLS
• National/State/County Background
• 10 Panel Drug Screen
• 2 Step TB, Hep B, MMRs, Tdap, Varicella

Windom OB Requirements
• Emphasis on OBGYN. With potential for floating Med-Surg. So any experience in Med-Surg is a huge plus.

Windom ER Requirements
• Emphasis on ED/ER with capability to float in Med/Surg so any experience in Med Surg is a huge plus. Schedule is EOW every other Weekend
