We are hiring an experienced Emergency Room Manager (RN) to lead operations at a 585+ bed Level I Trauma Center in Kansas City. This role oversees the main Emergency Department, driving clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and operational performance. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading staff, optimizing staffing and productivity, and collaborating with physicians and hospital leadership. This is a high-impact leadership role offering day shift hours with no weekends.

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
Active Missouri RN License or Compact RN License
2+ years of recent Emergency Department management experience in acute care
BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS required at hire
TNCC or ATCN required within 1 year
Strong leadership, operations, and team management experience - Location
