An In- Home Healthcare visiting nurse that travels to patients' residences to provide skilled medical care and health education, (train patients and or family member on managing their health condition) allowing the patient to recover or maintain their independence safely. This autonomous, field- based role requires excellent clinical assessment skills, personal skills, close collaboration with their physicians or medical health insurance to execute a more personalized care plan at times. Preform Routine Clinical Care procedures like wound care, blood pressure monitoring, Catheter Care and help with medication scheduling.

Valid RN Missouri State License, 1 to 2 years of professional experience, often with a prior home health but not required. Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement).
Strong problem- Solving organization. and independent working skills.
