We are seeking a Clinical Manager who is ready to step into a visible leadership role and partner closely with executive leadership to ensure clinical excellence, staff support, and regulatory compliance.

Position Overview
The Clinical Manager is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality outcomes, supporting field staff, and maintaining compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, and operational oversight and is ideal for an RN who enjoys mentoring staff, improving systems, and driving quality across the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and leadership to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, HHAs)
Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, Medicaid requirements, and agency policies
Review and oversee OASIS documentation, Plans of Care, and clinical records for accuracy and quality
Support admissions, case management, and coordination of care as needed
Serve as a clinical resource for field staff, providing guidance, coaching, and problem‑solving
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and survey readiness activities
Collaborate with executive leadership to improve workflows, outcomes, and staff performance
Address clinical concerns, escalations, and patient care issues in a timely and professional manner
Participate in case conferences, clinical meetings, and performance reviews
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing clinical education of nursing staff
On‑call rotation

Requirements

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience (home health strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience with OASIS documentation and home health regulations
Prior experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role preferred
Strong working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable providing feedback, coaching staff, and enforcing standards
Strong documentation, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
