REQUIREMENTS:

* Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
* Experience in cardiovascular or perioperative surgery preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
* BLS certification preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prepare the CVOR environment, instruments, and supplies for surgery.
* Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields.
* Monitor equipment and ensure functionality throughout procedures.
* Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
* Maintain accurate counts and document surgical procedures as needed.
* Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure smooth operations.
