Pharmacist

Adelphi is seeking pharmacists to provide services at diverse facilities in Polacca, Parker, and Peach Springs, Arizona. The ideal candidates will be responsible for dispensing medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, as well as offering medication counseling to patients on proper usage, interactions, and storage, among other duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of ACPE accredited college with a baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree

• Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S Territory

• Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dispense and verify medications.

• Educate patients on prescriptions.

• Review medication therapy for safety.

• Support pharmacy compliance standards.

• Work closely with medical staff.
