Job Description

Harris Hill Center is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an evening-shift contract opportunity in Concord, New Hampshire.

The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide safe and high-quality care.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Assess resident conditions and monitor changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Develop and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Requirements
Active RN license eligible to practice in New Hampshire.
Current BLS certification.
Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work the assigned evening shift.
