Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract day-shift opportunity at Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, New Hampshire.

The RN will be responsible for providing clinical nursing care, monitoring patient/resident conditions, reviewing clinical information and documentation, coordinating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and ensuring care is delivered according to facility standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents.
Review clinical information and patient records as needed.
Monitor resident status and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Assist with ensuring care is delivered according to established standards and facility policies.
Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Provide clinical nursing support when required.

Requirements
Active RN license eligible to practice in New Hampshire.
Current BLS certification.
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work the assigned 12-hour day shift.
Flexibility to support facility operations when required.
Important Assignment Details

🔹 36 guaranteed hours/week
🔹 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM day shift
🔹 Overtime is not guaranteed
🔹 May be required to work the floor during the week based on facility needs
🔹 May occasionally be required to cover a weekend day
🔹 Flexibility to support facility operations is required
