Shift: 10:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.

Pay Options
- Tier 1 – Benefits-Eligible W-2: $37 per hour
- Tier 2 – Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $41 per hour
- 1099 Independent Contractor: $44 per hour

Important 1099 Notice: Independent contractors are self-employed and are not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, or employer-paid payroll taxes. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable obligations.

What You’ll Do
- Provide practical nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and respond to urgent patient needs.
- Monitor and document physical, mental-health, and behavioral changes in electronic medical records.
- Perform essential LPN procedures while maintaining nursing, infection-control, safety, and correctional-security standards.

What You’ll Need
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- At least one year of psychiatric/behavioral-health or correctional nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and electronic medical records skills, with the ability to work independently in a secure environment and complete all required screenings and training.
