Bring your nursing experience to a team dedicated to serving Pennsylvania’s veterans! Quality Patient Centered Services LLC (QPCS) is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Southwestern Veterans’ Center in Pittsburgh.

Shift: 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. OR 2:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
Pay Options
- Tier 1 – Benefits-Eligible W-2: $35 per hour
- Tier 2 – Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $39 per hour
- 1099 Independent Contractor: $42 per hour
Important 1099 Notice: Independent contractors are self-employed and are not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, or employer-paid payroll taxes. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable obligations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide practical nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and support individualized resident-care plans.
- Monitor and document residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes.
- Perform essential LPN procedures while maintaining nursing, infection-control, confidentiality, and resident-safety standards.
What You’ll Need
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Experience providing care in a veterans’ home, long-term-care, rehabilitation, geriatric, or similarly complex setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and electronic medical records skills, with the ability to complete all required screenings, credentialing, orientation, and training.
