The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Director of Nursing. The LPN is responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, documenting care, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
