Job Summary:

Ready to take your OR career to a nationally recognized pediatric hospital? Indiana University Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with Operating Room and/or CVOR experience to join the team at Riley Children’s Hospital or IU Health both are Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-designated facility.

You will work alongside top surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical professionals caring for patients ranging from neonates to adults undergoing procedures from routine surgeries to complex open-heart operations.

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced CVOR /Operating Room setting.

Function in both Circulator and Scrub Nurse roles.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams.

Promote patient safety and positive surgical outcomes.

Support pediatric and adult patients through specialized surgical procedures.

16 Operating Rooms

Level I Trauma Center

Magnet-designated nursing excellence

Extensive OR training program, 9 months

Experience:

Qualifications:

✅ Active RN license (Indiana or eligible for Indiana licensure, or Compact License)

✅ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

✅ ASN required; BSN preferred

✅ Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

✅ Operating Room (OR) and/or CVOR experience required

✅ BLS certification through the American Heart Association
