REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in the practicing state.
* Experience in perioperative or surgical nursing preferred.
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
* BLS required; perioperative certifications (CNOR) preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prepare patients and the OR environment for surgical procedures.
* Circulate during surgery by monitoring patient status and assisting the surgical team.
* Administer medications and maintain sterile technique.
* Document care, surgical details, and patient outcomes accurately.
* Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care.
* Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.
