REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid and active Occupational Therapy State license
* CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and their surroundings to identify limitations and set goals.
* Create customized treatment plans collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams.
* Apply diverse therapeutic methods to improve patients' daily life skills and independence.
* Provide guidance on adaptive tools and assistive devices.
* Instruct and practice daily living activities to enhance patient skills.
* Educate patients and families on independence and condition management strategies.
* Continuously assess and document patient progress, adapting plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for comprehensive care.
* Maintain precise patient records, including evaluations and progress notes.
* Aid patients in returning to their communities and workplaces smoothly.
* Keep current with occupational therapy advancements and engage in professional development.
