Travel Surgical Tech - Peds OR job at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk, VA lets you support pediatric surgical care in a vibrant coastal city. As a Pediatric Surgical Technologist, you will prepare operating rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist surgeons during procedures for infants, children, and adolescents. The hospital is a freestanding children's facility with a collaborative environment and advanced pediatric surgical services, designated as a Level 1 Children’s Surgery Center. You must complete an accredited Surgical Technologist program and hold current certification as a Surgical Technologist. Prior experience in a pediatric surgical setting is required, along with strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and protocols. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
