Job Summary :

Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location : NH
Shift : Evenings - 3P-11:30P
Duration : 05 weeks with possible extension based on performance
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hrs
Pay : $38 - $40/hour

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and injections safely and accurately.
Monitor residents' health, assess changes in condition, and report concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), delegating tasks as appropriate.
Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment while ensuring compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
