Inpatient Pharmacist Manager-Glenwood Springs, CO

Description

Requirements:
a. Maintains current pharmacy licensure.
-MUST HAVE EPIC experience.
-Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy Degree.
-Pharm D REQUIRED
-Current Colorado Pharmacy license in good standing.
-Demonstrated leadership in both pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy services
-Strong regulatory knowledge, clinical judgment, communication, and teaching skills
-BLS (American Heart Association)
-ACLS (American Heart Association)
-Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED - required Oct 1st through April 1.
-SCHEDULE: Day Shift working 40-hours per week. Must be willing to fill in on evenings/overnights/weekends if staffing needs arise.
