* Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.

* Perform assessments
* Perform treatments
* Medication administration
* Notification to MD/NP of pertinent information
* Admitting/discharging
* ADL assistance
* Gastrostomy tube care
* Urinary catheter care
* Nebulized treatment
* Wound vac care
* CPAP care
* Other assigned duties
