REQUIREMENTS:

* Active Hawaiʻi LPN license
* Current BLS certification
* Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
* Experience with electronic medical records
* Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
* 2+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our Long-Term Care unit, including medication administration, assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
