Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery jobs at MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA let you care for mothers and newborns in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Level III Trauma Center. You will monitor fetal and maternal health, assist with deliveries, and provide postpartum care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. To qualify, you must have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a current Washington RN license. At least 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience is expected. Proficiency in fetal monitoring, obstetric procedures, and managing high-risk pregnancies is required. Strong communication, empathy, and critical thinking skills are essential. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended.
