Urgent Hiring Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) per diem

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem opportunities in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities. This role offers flexible scheduling while delivering high-quality care to residents in a supportive clinical environment.

Job Details:

Per diem 8hours shift
Double shift is okay if available
7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts
MA license required
BLS/CPR required

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Communicate changes in resident condition to the care team.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and HIPAA guideline.
