Per Diem LPN/RN Needed ASAP- Weymouth, MA

Competitive pay up to $53/hr (RN) and $50/hr (LPN).

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Coordinate physician visits, admissions, and returns
-Maintain and implement care plans
-Monitor resident status, nutrition, and weight
-Supervise staff, daily care, and documentation
-Other duties assigned.

Job Type: Per Diem, Temporary

Schedule: 8 hr/12 hr/16 hr, All shifts available, Weekends

License/Certification: BLS/CPR Certificate, LPN/RN License
