We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a medical surgical specialty or telemetry/step-down unit. In this role, you will oversee a unit with 16 beds, managing patient ratios of 4-5, and sometimes up to 6. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the chance to hone your nursing skills while working with the latest EMR technology, Cerner experience preferred. All applicants must have an active NH or Compact RN license and completion of a NURSYS Report for license verification. Before you start, you’ll need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam with a preferred score of 80%.
