Tennessee’s growing healthcare industry is bringing in more registered nurses from bordering states than ever before – which isn’t surprising, considering the average base salary of a staff RN in the state is a rewarding $61,776. The Prime Urgent Medical Clinic is one center that doesn’t believe in paying its RNs peanuts – in return for working as a dedicated team member, an extensive benefits package including generous paid annual leave allows you to live a fun, flexible lifestyle. The clinic is based in the town of Collierville, one of the few places in Tennessee to retain a traditional old town community feel. Relocate-America named it as one of the top 100 places to move to throughout the US. Tennessee Tech University features an excellent nursing school, too. Almost 100% of its graduates find a nursing job in one of the state’s medical centers within three months of completing a nursing degree there.
