Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 5-week contract opportunity in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support patients' health and well-being, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans and facility protocols.
Monitor patients' conditions, recognize changes in health status, and report concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Administer medications and treatments within the scope of LPN practice.
Assist patients with daily living activities and promote comfort, dignity, and safety.
Maintain accurate patient records and complete nursing documentation promptly.
Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
Follow infection control procedures, safety standards, and applicable nursing regulations.

Requirements
Active and valid LPN license applicable to West Virginia.
Previous LPN experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Ability to work the assigned night shift and meet contract requirements.
Willingness to complete required onboarding, background checks, and facility compliance procedures.
