• Case Mix: General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB

      - No Head/Heart

• No of Exam Rooms: 4 ORs, 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite

• Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy on site: Yes

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info: Independent Practice

• Active IA License or IMLC
