Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking experienced LVNs (Licensed Vocational Nurses) for a assisted living center in Carlsbad, TX!

LVN Job Details:

Contract: 6 Months
Assisted Living Center Setting
Shift: 7am-7pm with one 4hr shift: 7am-11am or 3pm-7pm or 4pm-12am
Hours: 40 hour/week
Pay Rate: $36.22/Hr
Start Date: 4/16
LVN Duties:

Administers medications and treatments orally, rectally, internally, or by injection.
Collects specimens for laboratory examination and conducts appropriate screening tests (after competency is documented) when requested by lab personnel.
Manages individual’s medical record in Electronic Health Record or paper chart.

Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN)
1 year experience required, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care LVN
