LVN - Clinic

LVN to work in public health clinic setting in San Antonio for Stability Staffing and Consulting.

- Obtains and records health data from the patient as
- Assists patients with health information, guidance and
referrals as needed & eligibility of programs
- Observes, record signs of illness and changes in condition
condition and/or response to health maintenance regimen
- Maintains supplies & cleanliness/general orderliness of clinic
- Conducts group and individual teaching sessions.
- Performs laboratory tests and administers immunizations
- Participates in local health fairs and special projects.
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.

Active license
Active CPR
