Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN's) for an exciting opportunity in Lubbock, Texas!
Licensed Vocational Nurse Details:
Long Term Care Setting, Mental Heath
Contract Length: 26 weeks with option to extend
Pay Rate: $36.22/Hr
Shift: 2pm-10pm (Required to work every other weekend)
40 hours per week
Orientation: First 5 weeks 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Licensed Vocational Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Must be competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc. - Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of strong LVN experience
Previous experience in long-term care, mental health, behavioral health
Hospital inpatient, psych, behavorial health experience required
Certifications- BLS Required
Must be able to start within 2 weeks
