WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients in a secure forensic healthcare setting
Administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and closely monitor changes in patient conditions
Identify and promptly report changes in patients' physical, mental, or behavioral health
Respond effectively to medical emergencies and challenging clinical situations
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient documentation
Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Help maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
Follow established facility policies, nursing standards, and safety protocols
Provide respectful, patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
