Available RN Shifts

First shift: 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Second shift: 2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.

Third shift: 10:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.

Candidates should indicate which RN shift or shifts they are available to work.

Pay Options

The following rates apply to all three shifts:
- Tier 1 – Benefits-Eligible W-2: $55 per hour
- Tier 2 – Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $60 per hour
- 1099 Independent Contractor: $70 per hour

Important 1099 Notice: Independent contractors are self-employed and are not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, or employer-paid payroll taxes. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable obligations.

What You’ll Do
- Assess patients, administer medications and treatments, and respond to urgent healthcare needs.
- Monitor and document physical, mental-health, and behavioral changes in electronic medical records.
- Coordinate care while maintaining nursing, infection-control, confidentiality, safety, and correctional-security standards.

What You’ll Need
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
- At least one year of psychiatric/behavioral-health or correctional nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and electronic medical records skills, with the ability to work independently and complete all required screenings, credentialing, security procedures, and training.
