Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2377.00 - $2524.00

Start your travel healthcare journey as a Travel RN-Home Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, helping them recover and maintain independence in a comfortable setting. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families on health management. A current RN license and at least 1 year of recent home health experience are required. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended, along with strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
