Our client’s high-end, non-profit CCRC is seeking a dynamic, visionary Health Care Services Director to lead their compassionate team in providing exceptional care to residents. As the HCSD, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality healthcare in assisted living and memory care programs.

• This is a leadership role in which you serve as the second-in-command on campus.
• You will lead 4-5 direct reports and oversee around 70+ team members in assisted living and memory care (RNs, LPNs, and NACs ).

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state and in good standing.
• Three to five years of related experience in a nurse management role.
• Three years’ experience in senior housing/healthcare
• Ability to obtain AL Manager Training within a year of employment.
• Multi-tasking skills
• Effective oral, written, and reading skills.
• Previous experience with Point Click Care preferred.
• Current CPR certification
