REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license
* Behavioral health/psychiatric experience preferred
* Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities
* Knowledge of safety and crisis management protocols
* Current CPR/BLS certification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
* Administer medications and monitor responses
* Ensure patient safety and therapeutic environment
* Document care accurately and timely
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
* Follow organizational policies and regulatory standards
