Flexible PRN Shifts for ER RNs in Adrian!

Workforce Management is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for flexible PRN opportunities at hospital locations throughout the Toledo and Sylvania, Ohio area.

Pay: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: PRN—day and night shifts may be available
Location: Toledo/Sylvania, Ohio area

Position Responsibilities

Provide safe, timely care to patients experiencing medical emergencies.
Perform rapid assessments, triage patients, and identify changes in condition.
Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and emergency treatments.
Monitor patients and respond appropriately to critical situations.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient responses.
Educate patients and families regarding care and discharge instructions.
Follow all hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Ohio RN license.
At least one year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience; two years preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
PALS and TNCC certifications may be required or preferred depending on the facility.
Strong emergency assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to complete all required credentialing, background checks, health screenings, orientation, and facility training.
Candidates must reside within 60 miles of the assigned facility.
Previous ProMedica employees must have at least one year of separation before being eligible.
