REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in Tewksbury.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
* BLS certification (required)
* Excellent assessment and leadership skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Provide direct and supervisory nursing care to residents
* Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
* Monitor and document residents' progress and health status
* Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
* Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
* Maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards
